Jim Golden serves as Chief Information Officer for Church of God World Missions. He was born in Chicago and was primarily raised in New York while his father, J. D. Golden, served as state overseer. After residing in other states, he returned to New York to work at a money brokerage house near Wall Street. In 1990 he relocated to Tennessee to accept a position at Lee College (now Lee University).

Jim has been a part of the World Missions family since 1992. During his tenure, Jim has overseen the development of the Information Systems infrastructure from dumb terminals, to client-server, all the way to web integration applications. While his primary responsibilities include supporting management decision-making, he is still a friend to missionaries who need technical advice.
