We live among an informal settler community in Quezon City (Metro Manila) Philippines, where the 365 Ministry Center serves as the base for our holistic outreach to both the informal settlers of Metro Manila and the indigenous peoples of Zambales. I also serve in leadership development and training as the dean of the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries (ASCM), the regional seminary of the Asia-Pacific. I am also involved in oral Bible translation as a strategy to fulfill the Great Commission and disciple unreached and illiterate populations across Asia and Africa who have no ready access to the Bible.

We are an interracial couple: I am from India, and Deovanni is from the Philippines. We are blessed with four children. Since 1995, we have been serving urban poor communities in Metro Manila. During this time, we also pursued further education—Deovanni completed a master’s degree at the Asian Theological Seminary, and I earned a PhD in Systematic Theology from Ateneo de Manila University. These achievements have enabled me to serve as dean of the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries, the Church of God’s Asia-Pacific field seminary, and serve as a missionary to the least and the lost.

We are grateful to the Lord for sustaining our feeding program for toddlers, which laid the foundation for a daycare center and kindergarten school. From 1995 to 2020, around 1,000 children passed through the program, growing healthier and stronger. Our alternative learning system program has served a 100 out-of-school youth, helping them to overcome vices and addiction. Our annual medical missions for indigenous communities in the Zambales mountains is often their only source of healthcare.
