Bread of Life Ministries is dedicated to expanding God’s kingdom through compassionate service, transforming lives by meeting physical and spiritual needs. Based in Bucharest and Brosteni, Romania, we extend our reach to provide crisis relief in Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Greece. We serve children in crisis, families, and the elderly.

Our mission is to embody the hands and feet of Jesus, offering care, support, and mentorship to those in need. Every act of compassion, meal shared, and life changed honors God and brings hope to those we serve.

Founded in 2003, Bread of Life Ministries started as a single home for children in crisis and now supports around 100 children on our campuses and 300 more through feeding center programs. Our monthly food pack initiative sustains over 75 older adults and numerous families. Our rapidly growing crisis relief ministry has expanded from one mobile kitchen truck for Ukraine into three mobile kitchens along with regular shipments of bulk food and supplies to Ukraine, Turkey, and Bulgaria.

Without a mother and with an alcoholic father, Nicu, Elena, and George were often left unsupervised. One day, Nicu accidentally started a fire while playing with matches. Miraculously, they escaped unharmed. Their dire situation changed when they arrived at Bread of Life where they grew physically, mentally, and spiritually. All three went through the Youth Transition Program, graduated high school, and pursued further education. Thankfully, Nicu and Elena accepted Christ and were baptized.
