Gary and Suzy Loggins

We serve on Roatan, Honduras, a beautiful vacation spot for many that hides the true poverty.  Here we focus on healing the body through our medical clinic, healing the soul by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, and healing the family through building much needed homes for the most at risk families.

My family received the call to become medical missionaries way back in 2006 through a pastor/doctor from Honduras. He came to the US in hopes of finding a much needed ultrasound machine for their clinic. He also was  trusting God to provide someone to come and teach them how to use it.  At that time my wife, Suzy, who has over 40 years experience in diagnostic medicine, and I had just made the really difficult decision to close the mobile ultrasound business she had run for years. We were able to donate one of the machines, move to Honduras in 2015, and begin the process of teaching ultrasound technology.

This work has opened so many doors to tell patients about Jesus.  One 32-year-old US male came in for an ultrasound. He had pain in his leg. Suzy scanned him, and it showed a large clot. After more exams he had blood clots everywhere including the heart and lungs.
Suzy had never seen such a critical patient. This timely diagnosis actually saved his life.

We broke ground on a new clinic in Roatan in a much needed area in October, 2023. In April of 2024, the public hospital that serves well over 100,000 people totally burned down.
The situation is dire to say the least. Our intention is to finish the Complete Care Clinic as quickly as possible in order to relieve some of the desperate need to take care of patients here.
