Más de Dios, founded by Josué Padilla in 2002, is a ministry dedicated to guiding individuals toward a deeper, personal relationship with God. With over three decades of experience, the ministry has impacted thousands by offering a variety of resources and programs designed to support spiritual growth and discipleship.  This is achieved through comprehensive discipleship programs, educational resources, and community engagement.

R3 (Retreat. Renew. Return.) is a project by Más de Dios that supports young pastoral families in their first decade of ministry, especially those with children under 12. Held in countries across Latin America, it gathers families for a day of rest and renewal. Activities include family meals, marriage and pastoral conferences, kids’ activities, school supply distribution, and birthday celebrations for children. With a sponsorship cost of $300 per family, the initiative reflects Más de Dios’s dedication to strengthening pastoral families and recognizing their vital work in ministry.

Just one testimony from our work:  Pastor Felipé and his wife, Lydia (names have been changed) had been serving their community for five years. Balancing pastoral duties with raising two young children had been challenging, often leaving them feeling isolated and fatigued. They felt overwhelmed balancing ministry and raising two children. Here is an email from them: “Hello, I’m Lydia. I want to say thank you for the conference, we were about to proceed with divorce before the conference. Since the conference, many things have changed for us.”

We have remained in touch with several families. Please pray and consider our work as we minister to heal the healers.  We believe that if we heal the shepherds, the sheep will be healed as well.
