Our world has become a rugged and uncertain wilderness, filled with fear and foreboding. Even among Christians, some are so worried about tomorrow that they have forgotten the indisputable fact that Christ has said: “And lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” Matthew 28:20.

In my devotions this morning, reading from the New Living Translation of the Bible, I came across the words of the Apostle Paul, written over 1900 years ago to the church at Corinth, but so powerfully prophetic because I believe that the time he is reflecting upon may very well be upon us now. Hear this ancient servant of God speak to us….the Christians of today….
“…..then all who belong to Christ will be raised when He comes back. After that, the end will come, when He will turn the Kingdom over to God the Father, having destroyed every ruler and authority and power.”I Corinthians 15: 23b-24 (NLT)

Be at peace, my dear friends. You belong to Christ. God has still got complete control. Nothing is happening outside His knowledge and care. Those dying in Christ are immediately brought into God’s presence. He loves us more than we can fathom.
Jesus “Will” and I do mean “Will” have the final word in all these things! The King is coming !!
